Healthy cells are the basic building blocks of all life forms, just as in the physical body, so in the spiritual body, the cell is the most basic unit of life. Participation in a cell church takes place by participating in a cell group. And life in the cell group depends on Jesus living in and through the group.

The cell group is where people are nurtured and equipped to serve and where members build up (edify) one another. The group becomes a community where believers are called to be accountable to each other, and where they can be transparent with one another.

As a community the cell group meets once a week.
