Purpose of the ministry: To facilitate closer and deeper fellowship amongst God's people and this promote the unity of the spirit.
Goals/Objectives/Tasks:
- to provide appropriate and ample refreshments
- to enhance communication in a conducive atmosphere
- to provide opportunities for people to participate in sharing
Present Needs/Opportunities: Need more volunteers to participate in this weekly ministry:- Preparation for Sunday morning hosting: ensure that the utensils are cleaned and both thermo pots are filled with drinking water, buy or prepare snacks that you would like to bless the church family with, setting up the table with the thermo pots, beverages, utensils and paper cups, clear and pack up the table after refreshment time.
